Support
Founder-supported during launch. We usually respond within one business day, with urgent access, security, and data-loss issues prioritized.
Tell us what happened.
Choose the address that matches your request. A clear description helps us route and resolve it faster.
Product and account support
For product problems, account questions, request or delivery questions, access issues, or urgent security and data-loss concerns.
General inquiries
For partnerships, press, business questions, and other inquiries that are not support requests.
Find the right next step.
For help with beta access, the browser extension, MCP, or API, email support with the product, the step you were trying, and the error or result you saw. We’ll help you find the right next step.
Beta access
Join the beta waitlist for access updates. We’ll email you when access opens.
Browser extension, MCP, or API
Tell us which product you’re using, what you expected, what happened, and any useful error message. Please do not include access tokens, API keys, passwords, or authentication codes.
Point us to the exact result.
To report a fact-check correction, send the result or claim ID and the exact claim. If you can, add a link that helps explain the correction. If you can’t share a result link or ID, tell us which product or page it was on and attach a screenshot.
What helps us review it
- The exact result or claim ID and disputed statement
- A link that helps explain the correction
- What you expected to see and what appeared instead
What happens next
We review the claim you reported. If we can’t find the result, we’ll ask you for its ID. A different statement alone does not change a result.
We check the order and outcome together.
If you have a payment or delivery question, send the account email and order or request reference. We verify the payment and the matching delivery or access before deciding what happened.
Share only the reference
Please do not send a full card number, security code, password, or authentication code. Refunds, redos, and other remedies are reviewed by a person against the order and work performed.
Keep it specific
Include what you requested, what you received or can access, and the relevant date. A payment record by itself does not confirm delivery, and delivery by itself does not confirm payment.
Use a direct contact for sensitive requests.
For privacy questions or requests about your information, use the privacy contact published in our Privacy Policy. For a suspected security or data-loss issue, contact support and mark it urgent.
Privacy requests
Describe the request without attaching identity documents or sharing account secrets. We’ll follow up if we need a safe verification step before acting on account information.
Security or data loss
Include the affected product or page, when you noticed the issue, and what happened. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, access tokens, API keys, payment-card details, or sensitive content.
Tell us what you observed.
If something won’t load or seems slow, tell us which product or page, when it happened, and what you expected to happen. A non-sensitive error message or screenshot can help. We’ll check reports before confirming an incident.
Give us enough to reproduce it.
Include the details below when they are relevant. They help us understand the issue without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Include
- The product or page involved
- The email address associated with your account
- What you expected to happen
- What happened instead
- A relevant screenshot or error message, when useful
Keep sensitive information private
Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive personal information.
We close the loop.
Every request is reviewed, scoped, and answered with the next useful step.
01 · Assess
We acknowledge the request and assess its severity.
02 · Reproduce
We reproduce or scope the problem.
03 · Correct
We investigate, correct, and test the result.
04 · Explain
We explain the outcome and record the resolution. For an agreed paid request, technical failures are corrected without an added charge; refund decisions are reviewed against the order, payment, and work performed.
A clear response, every time.
Every customer-facing response is reviewed before it is sent.
